How to kill an ongoing action (moving message) in Outlook 2011 ?

I have set up two accounts in Outlook 2011 (Outlook365 and Gmail) and I am using Gmail to archive my Outlook365 e-mails using the "Move Message" function.  The message will disappear from the original folder and the uploading to Gmail appears to be happening in the background.

Now I erroneously moved an e-mail with an attachment that exceeds Gmail's size limitation (25MB).   I am being bombarded with error messages because apparently Outlook 2011 does not stop trying to move the message to the Gmail folder.

[ALERT] Message too large. http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=8770

Can I kill the process in order to stop the continuous flow of error messages ?

Need Help seeing shared folders in Outlook 2011 for Mac on a new computer

I am setting up outlook 2011 for Mac on a new computer and I can't see my shared folders. They do appear in my outlook on my current computer. Any idea how to get them to appear on my new computer?

Outlook 2011 allow scripts in public folder

How do I enable scripts to run in public folders?    In office 2010 pro, I enabled by checking "allow scripts in public folders" but in office 2011 I can't find anything thing that would allow enable this feature. 

 

We use Public folders Home pages and require authentication for access. I want to be able to do the same in outlook 2011, so when someone accesses a public folder they'll be prompted for creditials.

Cancel a message attempting to send

I'm using Outlook for Mac 2011. I attempted to send an email with an attachment that was much too large. Now, I can't figure out how to delete the email attempting to send. How do I delete this email? I can't find an outbox.

I purchase office for mac 2011 home&business and I do have my ID product how can I really now it is mine?

I need to replace a lot of plain text with italicized text. Can’t figure out how to do it?

I have a lot of titles that I've set in bold and need to be changed to italicized:
For instance:  Let's say the book title was Romance and I want to change every instance of this title to Romance.
I've tried copying an italicized version of the word into the "replace" box, but it won't "take."  The box remains empty.
Is there any way to do a search and replace when you want to change a word to an italicized word?

Outlook mac 2011 cannot save permissions to exchange server

Problem:

In Outlook Mac 2011, when trying to set permission to "autor" in my calendar for another user get the message  "outlook cannot save permissions to exchange server" . It is important to mention that "autor" permission for tasks for same user worked without a problem.

Background info:
  1. Windows SBS 2008 Service Pack 2
  2. Microsoft Exchange 2007
  3. iMac with Microsoft Office Mac 2011 (with latest updates applied)
Any help will be more than welcome.
