Hi Support,

Can you please assist on the issue on sending email using Outlook 2011 on MAC? I was not able to send message larger than 5MB using outlook for mac 2011 with an E3 Office365 subscription. I am able to send thru our Webmail however on MAC im getting the error message.

An operation to the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded or there may be too much net traffic.
When I send a file with small attachment it will go through.

thanks in advance for your assistance.

Michael Ancheta.

I have 2 emails accounts running on Outlook, when I switch accounts via the drop down menu it doesn't change the signature. Can you help?

Thanks
I just installed Outlook in Office 2011 for Mac, and started using it for email. It keeps sending the same email repeatedly every ten minutes to the same recipients, for hours. Seems to happen with large files. The emails are in fact received, but keep getting sent. How do it stop it? A yellow warning ! icon message says Connection to server lost or failed. The small window at the bottom of the screen shows the rolling blue bar trying to send during all of this.
Need insight for reinstalling Office for Mac 2011and recovering Outlook file -- am running OS x 10.6.8 on my iMac currently; I have a backup of my Outlook file from Office for Mac 2011 (Time Machine did not save it properly so I made a separate backup on an additional external hard drive).  However, I don't  know if I should reinstall the Office for Mac software first (from the original install disks) on new hard drive before copying backup Outlook file over from backup drive or not.  Clearly, the backup file has a more updated version for Outlook for Mac 2011 than the installation disks, given the Microsoft updates that have routinely occurred since the time I purchased the software.  Please advise, if you can.
I have the latest Office for iMac downloaded and upgraded and connecting to my BTyahoo gets me multips (2,3 or 4) versions of the same message even when i delete from my inbox.  What ideas does anybody have?
Mail could not be received at this time.
The server for account”Gmail”returned the error”Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.”
Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect.
Would you like to try reentering your password?

What 's going on? Does anybody knows it?

Mails from Vimeo, when opening, makes Outlook crash.

Asger
Nine times out of ten when I start Outlook it get a demand to insert my Google gmail password, which I do. Eventually it settles down and I can use Outlook. Any way to circumvent this problem? Is it possible to reinstall Outlook on its own, without interfering with Word etc.

Thank you,

Pat

I'm running a 13-inch MacBook Air (mid-2011) with OS X 10.8.5 (Mountain Lion) and Office for Mac 2011. Any help on why this keeps happening would be appreciated.
