I have received emails from WindowsLive advising that I have exceeded by sending and receiving limit and that my account has been suspended and it has asked me to go to a link and enter my passwords, are these emails genuine?
I have opened two new account with hotmail and you have denied my passwords on both accounts. now you want me to open another so you can denie it once more .check it out the first account was

How do I edit or add an email contact using the new system?
When I type in the body of an email, all my words are underlined in red. This normally shows for incorrectly spelled words. The recipient of the email
does not see the red lines but it renders my spell check useless. I have not re-set or downloaded anything on my computer. Could this be a problem at Hotmail? Help!! Deb A

Why is it that everytime I try to go onto my hotmail or even my MSN home page i have to put my email address and password
cannot find the edit/manage facility on the new people page.....
The font changed to a smaller size when Hotmail changed the "look" of the entire site. But the biggest problem happened today when in the middle of an email I was composing, the font suddenly became microscopic & I can't find a way to read anything or
change it.
What is going on? Things were fine before somebody " improved" the site. Hopefully it will be fixed by the time I'm notified that there's a response, otherwise I'll never be able to read that someone actually responded.
