can u please examine my account to see whats wrong!! whaenever i log in,itsays that "sorry, something iswrong with hotmail" then it tells me to check the service status.but when i check it, verything seems to beworking fine.but i still cant send or recieve any emails!! and i have everything in there!! i need help URGENTLY!!

i can sign in and go on my profile and calender, but not on my contact list or my mails

my home page with the social updates cant open and i need help urgently as i have been using my account for a very long time andi have all my usefull stuff in there and i need it back as soon as possible PLEASE!!

I've had a Hotmail acct for many yrs but I signed up for an Outlook acct and when I logged in, it linked to my Hotmail account for some reason. Now I can't login to my hotmail account & I'm not getting new mssages from that acct. I'm supposed to have important mssgs that I need asap. Then the outlook acct was deleted when I tried to back track to hotmail so I signed up for an @live email address cause it wouldn't let me get the same @outlook name but it was available for @live.
Which 1 of these 3 (Hotmail, Outlook or Live) should I be using? How do I get my @hotmail acct. back or how do I link it so I can get the mssgs going there? Do I have to tell all the websites that send email to my @hotmail acct that I have a new email address or can it just be forwarded to the new email? If i can't login to my hotmail account are the messages being saved or is the account bouncing the emails I need? Thanx 4 your time & help.

My son had created an account with some game system a while back with my MSN account. He wanted to use it today so asked for my password. After doing something he announces that I no longer have my MSN account, rather, I have a LIVE account! I do not want a LIVE account! I NEVER authorized him or anyone else to change my account! I want my old account back! How do I get it back? My son just turned 18 and I am so angry over this abuse of my trust that I will be trowing him out onto the street if I do not get my account back so if someone knows how to do this then I need assistance NOW!

Hotmail deleting emails in inbox

I use my Hotmail account every day so there's no question of inactivity. However, all of a sudden I find that Hotmail is deleting all emails in my inbox. I only have 32 when I should have over 100 and they're deleting them every day so I only have the most recent ones. Why is that?

The top message in the inbox is automatically marked as read. I would prefer to have it marked as unread, until I have clicked on it. Is there a setting that I have missed?

The top message in the inbox is automatically marked as read when Hotmail is opened. I would prefer all messages that I haven't clicked on to stay "unread", until I have actively selected them. Is there a setting to achieve this?
