I logged into my hotmail account around two years ago.But recently when i logged in i found that all the old emails were missing. Those emails were really were important .Is there any way to recover those emails that were deleted due to inactivity?
Please provide me with some solution as those emails were really very important.
Does anyone know if Microsoft/Outlook has a back-up tape with old emails, specifically ones that were deleted due to the 30 day inactivity policy? This happened with a legacy Hotmail account before I purchased the annual membership to prevent this from happening and I lost all of my blogs from my Semester abroad... If so is there a way to get them back? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello,

My hotmail account is no longer showing any of my previous messages - I've read that messages are deleted after a period of inactivity of 270 days, although I am certain that I signed in within the last year or so.

Would a moderator please be able to check whether they could recover any of my messages?

Thank you very much for your help.
I already communicated with support, but they were unable to help me.

Thank you in advance.
