Mi dirección de hotmail ha sido pirateada, he rellenado dos veces el cuestionario para verificar que soy yo pero me dicen que no es posible verificar la autenticidad y que vuelva a rellenarlo, en una red social con la que también he tenido este problema
he podido demostrar mi identidad mandado escaneado mi Documento Nacional de Identidad, me gustaría poder hacer lo mismo en este caso y que me devuelvan mi cuenta pero no se como hacerlo.
I cannot access hotmail. When I enter details on the toip left hand side it changes from "ppsecure" to "loginsrf?wa=ws" from stuff I can see. It then tries for a while and says try again later. I have created a new account and can access it without trouble.
I can log into window live, but when I go to my in box I get a blank screen.
When I log into msn.com it hangs up and never loads.
How can we retrieve the missing emails. There are so many concerns about the same issue but no solutions?
I have two or three friends who forward e-mails to me containing pictures. For some reason, the pictures are not viewable when I open their e-mails. With other people, I have no problem viewing pictures. Is there a setting I need to change to correct
this?
