How to move a sub-folder out of a folder onto its own

Not exactly sure how some of my sub-folders got to be sub-folders, but I need to move them.  Is that possible and how to do so?

Spam attaching itself to every message I send

A few years ago my email got hacked.  Since then this spam message attaches itself to every email I send.  I am able to manually go in and delete it prior to sending my message out. Any ideas?

How do I recover newsletters that microsoft has deleted? they are important to me – I had them in a saved folder

I save my daily words as i use them as reference material and Microsoft has deleted them all, they have just implemented the 'important' category but after they deleted my IMPORTANT newsletter. I would like them back into my account please. I am so angry now I don't want to say any more

when sending an email, i get an error message that i have reached my daily message limit...the fix was to add my mobile phone # and then a code would be sent to me to enter....i have done ALL that and am still receiving the same message about being over my daily message limit.....WHY??

How do I manage my contact page? I can add new contacts bu cannot edit or delete anything that is there now. This is extremely frustrating and I am sorry they changed something that was working so easily before.  HELP!

When I email somebody, sometimes after the email has been successfully sent, and replied, I found the content in my original email has been altered.

Sometimes after I sent an email successfully,  and I got a reply for it.  but after a while, I found the content of my original email has been altered.  Could you explain how can this happen and how to protect the content of my emails?
