I am constantly being asked to update my hotmail account details and threatened with account closure if I do not comply.Today I have idenification of the hotmail address the email came from today. It asks for all details including my password and identifies
as Microsoft 2012 at the bottom of the page. Is there a new policy for Hotmail or is this SPAM. If so why are they not being filtered to JUNK???

In the old hotmail, when you forward an email, your entire contact list is available. In this new version, I only get recent contacts. Is there a way to access your entire contact this from within the email you are forwarding? Thanks for any assistance.
My e-mail quit working yesterday. I can log in, but it is unresonsive, It is stuck on the inbox folder, if I click on another folder, nothing, If I click on a messege, nothing. What's wrong and how can it be fixed? My computer has worked fine, til now.
I think the problem may be on their end.
I used to be able to add a picture to the body of an email from the desktop by dragging and dropping or copy and paste. But now the picture won't copy to the email and wants to leave the email and open on a separate page. Some new command seems to have
been checked but I don't know what or where it is. I can still add pictures as attachments but that is not what I want to do in some cases.

I switched internet providers and don't want to lose any emails. Is there a way to have the old email sent to the hotmail account even if I disconnect from Verizon or is there a way to notify all my contacts at once.
