cannot send or receive email today
3 of my sent emails keep copying and reappearing. They have done this since the first of this months and every time I delete them they come back. Any help would be much appreciated
Outlook is more and more of an obstacle course. There appears to be no way to edit or add a contact into a group. How does one do this?
I have no more contacts in oulook and no contact folder in People. I thought maybe it was deleated and tried the method mentioned to un-delete below.
1. Sign in your account and go to http://people.live.com.
2. Click Manage and Clean up contacts.
3. Follow the proceeding instructions.
Well, in People there is no "Manage" to click on, therefore no "clean up contacts" either. There is nothing on that page except a feedback link and a logout link. Page is comletely empty.
How do I get SkyDrive to correct show the 200GB of storage I have because I purchased a Surface Pro 2? All of my devices, including the Surface Pro 1 now show my account as only having 7GB,, and that I'm over my limit.
WARNING: I'm going to be very thorough with my problem as I was unable to find any solutions and I am determined to find a solution that does not involve deleting my account.
So I am logging on to my Xbox account (a Child's account) where I get a notice requiring me to sign the new Terms of Use. This would normally not be a problem except that the parent account that allows my to accept the Terms no longer exists. It may be worth mentioning also that I have no idea what the password is as I created an account just a few days before I turned 18 not knowing that parental consent was required so I pretty much just made up the details of the parent account.
In an attempt to resolve the problem, I tried to long on to my Xbox Live account on my computer so that I could promote the child account to an adult account. When I attempted to do this, I was again sent to the Terms of Use page where I push "I Accept." However, I was then returned to the sign in page. I have tried this multiple times but it appears that I am unable to accept the Terms of Use anywhere I go.
Through research I have noticed countless others who have a similar problem so I cannot imagine that there is not a sensible solution that does not require me to delete my account. My understanding was that this problem would not be resolved on the Xbox Live forums so I then turned to the Microsoft forums.
Any information would be helpful!

I can see all my messages displayed but I can't open any of them .
I can receive and send emails on my iPhone but can't access outlook on my desktop.
Microsoft has made it virtually impossible to navigate my email account to do attempting to change my security information after I forgot my password. Once I was able to verify my account, I reset my password and was updating my security info as it was
no longer valid. I attempted to change my birthday and the system decided I was born in 2013 and locked me out of my account until "a parent" logged in, paid $.50 and verified me, a 31 year old man, was able to use my account which I have had for at least
15 years. Now I am not able to change my birthdate and unable to change my security info, i.e. extra email address and phone number. Sooooooo........If I do not have permission to change my info, how am I supposed to reset my account? I have found Microsoft
to be extremely unhelpful. Anyone else have any suggestions?
