Unable to create folders ,signature ,rules or any other user options in(windows 8) Hotmail or Outlook/live.  To create new folders and rules I am having to access via a browser on my old windows 7 and XP machines. Neither can I directly access the Hotmail calender from within the Mail App. The only options that are shown are when I right click an e-mail and they are; "pin to start-move -mark as unread or, synch" on the bottom bar. The top screen   shows only "move,reply or delete". I can't find contacts but I know they are here.  Win key + i takes me to PC settings and personalisation and other ultimately non relevant areas. 
To make it clear I cannot mark mail in any way, I cannot set any rules, I cannot create new folders, I cannot create signatures. ,However these options  seem to be  visible and obvious from machines running windows 7 and XP. Does anyone know where these are hidden on win 8?

i keep getting failed emails to addresses i do not recognize. how to i check my account has not been hacked

slightly worried someone has hacked into my account as it only happened after i booked my holiday and i received my confirmation email from them   HELP!!!

no spell check on my hotmail-internet?

I want to edit my contact list. Because I once was on Facebook, somehow my contacts are connected with Facebook. I'm no longer on Facebook. I still cannot edit my contact list, because of the facebook connection...drives me nuts. Help!

Bonsoir J'ai un soucie au niveaux de mon jeu que j'ai telechager habitellement sa marche normalement Mes aujourd'hui j'ai lancer le jeur et lieux de jouer au jeu maintenant pour mettre Le nom de compte et mdp pour sa connecter sa m'afiche un fichier tout noir

al momento de enviar el mensaje me  dice que fue enviado pero después aparece un mensaje diciendo que no fue enviado
y lo otro es que los mensajes que me envían no llegan

For the past few months, a company called "Amer Al-Azem" has been sending me an average of 40 new messages per day soliciting business on behalf of various businesses across the entire Middle East, and to a lesser extent, Asia. If I block 40 today, another 40 or so pops tomorrow. My bloked senders list now contains several thousand addresses...and yet they keep coming relentlessly. I am swamped! What can you do? Please help. Please!

When I type an email in hotmail the line is just one continuous line no matter how long it is. It does not seem to wrap around like a letter should.

It happens to me and my mother. Is there a setting that I can change?
