How to stop receiving unwanted emails?

For the past few months, a company called "Amer Al-Azem" has been sending me an average of 40 new messages per day soliciting business on behalf of various businesses across the entire Middle East, and to a lesser extent, Asia. If I block 40 today, another 40 or so pops tomorrow. My bloked senders list now contains several thousand addresses...and yet they keep coming relentlessly. I am swamped! What can you do? Please help. Please!
