all my emails are automatically being transferred to gmail acct. How can I stop this auto transfer?

Buenas tardes estimados,
Estamos trabajando para una empresa que realiza diariamente el envio de unos 600 emails a consultas que llegan de su web, es una empresa de servicio. Por cada email enviado, un CRM desarrollado por nosotros envia un email con datos en respuesta a las consultas
(los emails se envian automaticamente). Cada email tiene una imagen, que tiene un codigo de seguimiento que permite ver si el usuario leyo o no el emails.
La cuestión está en que los emails enviados, en el caso de hotmail, van a CORREO NO DESEADO o bien a bandeja de entrada pero con las imagenes bloqueadas. Mi consulta es: como puedo hacer para que esto no ocurra? para que no vayan a correo no deseado? Ya
que esto no nos permite saber cuantos usuarios leen el email.
Hemos creado el archivo SPF para ver si era eso, pero no pasa nada. Alguna ayuda? Muchas gracias!
