I have just lost all of my contacts

The popular solutions seems to be to go to manage your contacts in people.live.com. I am unable to access the People page either through mail.com/mail/live or people.live.com. I can get to the page but the little circle of dots in the middle keeps turning and it's unable to complete the download? When I click on the choices logo all I get is a list of a straight line, followed by help and feedback.

I hope whoever might read this can follow what I mean. I have read some the solutions/ answers but as I said I can't access the solutions.

I don't want all of my LinkedIn contacts to be Hotmail/Outlook contacts. I'm on a Mac so don't have Windows 8. The Permissions options below don't lead to a solution. It just says that I have no accounts linked but all of my LinkedIn contacts were imported.

Permissions
Switch quickly between linked Microsoft accounts.
Choose what info your children can share with others online.
Connect to the accounts you use every day.
Manage the other accounts you've connected.
Manage apps and services that can access your info.


Emptied junk mail folder

My junk mail filter emptied my folder but I had an email in there I need.  How do I recover this email?

I have the same problem other people complain lately regarding managing contract groups in Hotmail.  I don't see "Groups" menu on top nor do I see "Groups" under "Manage" in People!! I used to add contacts to the specific "Groups" that I wanted to, but not any more.  "Groups" menu just disappeared  suddenly.  Very Very frustrating!!! 

I don't understand how MS let this happen.  Upgrade should make things easier and better, not the other way around.  I like old Hotmail better than this frustrating and disappointing Outlook.   Please help!

My Outlook does not show 'Contacts'.

 

In the People Menu, the 'ALL' button does not produce a drop down list. 

 

There is no 'Group' in the People Menu Bar.

 

When I was first moved to Outlook, everything seemed OK, but now I am unable to edit my Groups.

My mail is disappearing after a few days from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** WTH
