I have had the email address for a very long time now, and its very strange what has actually happened. My account was working fine Saturday morning I was receiving emails without problem. And then around1pm my time I got an email sent to (an email address I had used to recover about a year ago) saying that has been changed t I then clicked the link to state that this was not my decision and I changed my email password and when I went to rename my primary alias (back it did not allow this and I was forced to make as an alias. But now anything sent to doesn't come through to my account I now have access toot. Please say that this is fixable or there is some way to merge the two accounts or 'forcibly' put as an alias? Please I have many accounts linked to that I now have no access to and no way of recovering without the emails I should be receiving. Sorry if the explanation is hard to follow but I've removed all the email addresses for security reasons. But Microsoft has said that my original email address that I've had for many years now doesn't exist? Please is there just a way to change my email address back to my original hotmail account that I had just several days ago.

I have a brand new computer operating Windows 7. When I try to upload a photo or scanned document to Outlook email an error box appears saying Windows has to close. This is a constant problem, very few upload attempts work.
l cannot find my Hotmail contacts and would like to forward multiple emails but can't with no contacts also when l sent a forward and put an email address that l knew in manually the attachment in the forward was not recieved...we (a colleague and l)are
finding the new format very difficult to get around. Can some one please help us with this problem. Thanks Mickii54

how do I print my incoming e-mail?
I no longer have the option to add people to my pre-existing groups. I add the name in "People" and save. I checkmark that person's name but the only option I have is to add this person as a a "Save as a group". I do not want to create new groups but add the name to an existing group.
