I am having a difficult time trying to create a new system restore point on my computer. My computer is Windows XP, and I have tried unsuccessfully to change and create a new restore point. The dates that were available, ( I tried four different dates),
could not fix my problem, and I wonder if I am doing something wrong? I use Mozilla Firefox as my search engine (??). I'm sure I've done something wrong, and I am not very computer "savvy". The reason I want to create a new restore point is to bring back
photos that were deleted when I was using Uniblue 'Powersuite' under the heading 'duplicate files'.

My Hotmail account will not let me attach word document files, PDF files or jpg picture files. When I try to attach any type of files the e-mail program freezes / crashes. This has only begun to happen since Hotmail was upgrade to Outlook. How can I get

I used to be able to select a group, and then select members from that group that I want to send a message to. Now it seems that either I'm sending to the entire group or not at all. Any ideas?

my hotmail / outlook is running very very slow help needed
On a MacBook Pro I cannot see how to manage Outlook folders, specifically how to rename a folder. This used to be easy with Hotmail!
Yesterday (29th May 2013) my Live smtp server suddenly refused to send any more - online and via Thunderbird.
The same applied to my partner`s account on her laptop.
Do you know what has happened. I have tried changing my password and all the obvious settings. In coming mail works fine.
My Settings have not changed:
Descr. : Microsoft Live Hotmail
Server Name: smtp.live.com
Port: 587
User name: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Authentication method: Normal Passord
Connection Security: STARTTLS
The same settings for my partner except User name *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
Both outgoing accounts stopped working at about the same time.
Has something been changed?

PS. If I try and send an email via Windows Live Mail (Web page) direct as soon as I click on Email message I get
"A problem occurred while trying to open this message.
A problem has occurred. Please try Again."
