Our business live account has been blocked allegedly due to someone misusing it. We have not been using this email account too often lately and we ask that you immediately help us retrieve this account becuase we assist folks around the world with cyberstalking and prevention measures. PLEASE HELP. We have asked to reset the password twice and link worked but it would not allow us to sign in with new password. Please let us know what is going on. Sent email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as well. Did form online as well. ONLY FOUND OUT BLOCKED TEMPORARILY EARLIER TODAY. Our staff has been trying to do something to get access to account but it is blocked.

j'ai besoin de récuperer mon compte hotmail car des mail important sont dedans, mais je n'ai jamais reusis a le récuperer par le moyen normal, et vue que je ne dispose pas vraiment des bonne information du compte (a part l'adresse mail et le pass associer) je ne peut pas le recuperer, or vue que j'etait tres jeune quand je l'ai creer, je ne voulait pas divulgé d'information personnel sur internet, et donc j'ai mis un peut n'importe quoi pour sa (meme une adresse de recuperation bidon vue que c'etais ma premiere adresse mail)

For hotmail, I want instant actions to"show always" for all my messages, not just when the cursor hovers on each message.  I have not been able to make this happen.  What do I need to do?

Issue with changing profile picture

I am getting the error message "Sorry we are unable to process this information right now" when I try to change my profile picture for Outlook.com. I was able to change it about two months ago, before the migration of Hotmail accounts to Outlook.com. I have tried with three browsers, Google Chrome v.27, Mozilla Firefox v.21 and Internet Explorer 10. I have tried multiple JPEG files (the original picture was ~2mb), and resized it as well to around 500kb but same issue prevails.

I even tried un-linking my skype account, but the issue persists.

My contact anme DOES NOT appear when I start typing in te to: box

No details.  I want to send an e-mail.  I go to the "to" box; start typing, my contact list starting with the first letter sometimes appears, sometimes it doesn't.  I am not a genius. -- I cannot remember the e-mail address of all 150 people on my contact list.  Sometimes I go to the people list and it does not appear.

I've cleared my cache so skip that suggestion.

How can I send to multiple email addresses using copy/paste function

With hotmail, it was easy to copy/paste a list of email addresses from an excel list - with outlook.com only the first e-mail address is copied and the rest has to be done one by one. Is there a solution for this issue please. Thanks for any help.
