We have checked your account and determined that the MX Records is not configured correctly in macawdengineers.com, but i not able to receive emails but i can send them to any email ids , but i am not gettting in outlook.com inbox i am giving the details below

these are the dns i configured but i am not receiving emails and cheacked with the hosting provider and dns cheacker it is fetching fine
My dad isn't very email savvy so usually me or my brother help him log in and check his emails. However, when my brother tried to access it the other night, it didn't let him in. This is strange, we've never had any problems before, it's almost as if the
password changed on its own but it's VERY IMPORTANT that my dad gets back into his email for legal matters!!!! :C

Everytime I attempt to sign in to email I get the message "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". I have tried all methods suggested in the help pages, what can I do to fix this issue now?
I am running win 7- I loaded Photo Gallery about a month ago. It seems to have UNINSTALLED ITSELF??? I use Photo Gallery for my screen saver slide show- I noticed the slidshow had stopped working so I went in to setting s to make sure everything looked
alright and appears that Photo Gallery is GONE! When I do a global search in the Start box I get a prompt that tells me "go online to download Windows Essentials (Photo Gallery)". So when I try to re-download Photo Gallery microsfots site tells me Photo Gallery
is already installed??? But it's not working and I can't find it on my computer???
I can create a wonderful looking post in Windows Live writer with lots of clear, crisp photos, but once I publish to my Blogger blog, the photos are blurry and embarrassing looking :( I've tried to upload at a large size (2488 width) and resize to my post

I cant open my account to check my mail. Why is this happening?
How can I add my son's outlook.com account to my https://account.live.com/mykids.aspx? I can see his account under Family Safety, but not under my account.

I'd like to remove calendar events, more specifically holiday events which I've subscribed to. I have added certain country's holidays to my calendar but would now like to clean it up. How do I delete the holidays I no longer wish to see?
Also how do I manage the colour settings which I've selected and named to use for events I enter. I don't want so many colours and would like to delete the unwanted labels?
I hope there is a way to clean up this calendar without having to start all over again with a new one.

Hi All,
I've been having issues all day trying to sign in to retrieve my email. I've tried several different browsers on three different PC's, plus on my smartphone and on my tablet. All are giving the same error which is as follows:
Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.
The Status page for Outlook.com shows that there are no sign in problems at the moment, but clearly there are. I have another Hotmail account, and it is able to sign in correctly. Interestingly, in the URL, the one that works is being served by https://blu179.mail.live.com and the one that is failing is being served by https://bay171.mail.live.com
This leads me to think that it may just be an individual server in the pool that is failing, and my account for whatever reason is stuck to that server.
Any ideas??
