Enable resetting of member passwords on nivue.com

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please provide me the option of resetting password on email accounts for the following domain: nivue.com

The purpose of the domain that I have registered on Windows Live Admin Center is that to provide email service with my own domain name to my colleagues.

The nature of the company is that selling security & cctv equipments like DVRs and cameras to customer.

Is there an ongoing problem with Outlook? - I can log on to my Outlook Email Service but can't access or see anything - only an ERROR:
Message from my Internet Explorer Browser...

"Sorry there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now"

...and from Firefox Browser this:

Runtime Error  Description: An application error occurred on the Server.

Anyone have any clues? When it will be fixed?  Regards, bbg.

Dear Microsoft,

Firstly, why are you changing and breaking everything so fast?
Skype was good... then you broke it... Windows was good - then you introduce windows 8 - and broke it...
Hotmail was good... and you broke that.

Here is the most recent thing you broke for me.

Now.... i have used the same computer for a couple of years. Nothing has changed. I have 1 hotmail account which i log into daily. That is also the same address i use for my xbox. Its had the same computer name for years.

But whats this? i cannot change any of my settings security or otherwise....

I am unable to open and read my mails ?

I have failed to open my mails and read them. This has happened for nearly a week now and it is very frustrating.

I do not have an option under deleted folder that says restore deleted messages and also what is a thread I was told to do this this in a private message

I seem to have  liost the drop down box which normally is on the upper right hand side of an email which allows me to forward an email to one or more of my contacts.  How do I fix this problem?

You blocked my hotmail account. ko**********@hotmail.com. It came up that a link would be sent to my alternative email ko***********googlemail.com.You already knew (how?) that this account also belonged to me. No reset code was sent. Done again and again and again. Each time was confirmed 'a reset link has been sent' Why are you lying? Then filled in the stupid form,numerous times, to be told not enough info to prove it's mine. If you are sending me emails to my alternative google account and you know it is linked to the hotmail account,then you also know that I own the hotmail account. I have around 16 emails from you saying nothing - follow this link etc etc . No one is answering anything. Do NOT  send me another automated message telling me to follow this link to unblock my account - get someone with some brains to answer.
