Can’t blog from Windows Live Writer

Please help me!

I'm logged in to WLW, made an blog post but now blogger won't let me in via wlw! 
It's a window asking for username and password to blogger. 
I've been blogging from wlw to blogger for five years, and tried every single password and username I've had since. Nothing works!
I logged out from blogger blogspot to try and see what username and password I have.
But I am logged in with my google+, gmail address and a brand new password. They don't match either from wlw. 
What to do?

Hi!

Windows Live Writer

Greetings all,

    I have recently purchased a Dell XPS 12 Ultrabook loaded with windows 8, which I am still finding my way around with, however being a avid blogger as well I was looking to use Live Writer to organise and write my posts. Having said that I cannot find it anywhere, and doing further research realised it that it was part of Windows Essentials 2012 which I do have. I did try to download it from the site but it keeps telling me that I have the latest version of it, so my problem is where do I find it   ? Or is it a paid thing now or perhaps not available anymore ?

          Thank you for any answers from a very frustrated blogger.

How Does One Schedule Live Writer Drafts to be Posted Later?

I downloaded Live Writer because I thought it would be faster than using the Blogger-site to post to Blogger (kinda 'mailing it in'), but I don't want to post all the posts right away---I have maybe 2 or 3 hours to post, but want my posts spread out over maybe 6 or 9 hours.

Can I schedule my drafts to auto-post over the longer time period with Live Writer, or should I get rid of it & go back to writing it straight to Blogger?

I can create a wonderful looking post in Windows Live writer with lots of clear, crisp photos, but once I publish to my Blogger blog, the photos are blurry and embarrassing looking :( I've tried to upload at a large size (2488 width) and resize to my post (800w), I've tried directly uploading to the exact width I want (800), nothing. It all looks like ****. Any thoughts???
