I need to send 2 email addresses from one contact, ie to both home and work email addresses. Is this possible? Thx.
I have a problem where I am trying to reset my password on an alternative @hotmail.co.uk account. (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
I am extremely fed up with this situation and would like to regain access to my account ASAP! If this situation could be resolved by a moderator as stated by Geraldine from the Online Safety team I would be extremely grateful.
Whenever I try reset my password via the reset password link to an alternative email address (the one linked to this account) I receive the password rest email, however when the link provided I get message saying:
'There's a temporary problem
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.'
I have tried several times over the past month and have received the same message. When I attempt to film out a form to regain access to my account I get an email saying I have not supplied enough information and should try again, despite the fact I have supplied all the information I have on the account, including previous passwords.So I contacted Microsoft via phone to resolve the situation my ID number for this being: SRX1209322883ID
They have since replied via email, sending me here with the following message:

My password needs to be changed for my Windows Live, now Microsoft account. There are no answers to the question on any help sections on Microsoft websites as to how I can do this.
If you know how this can be done please provide the information.

My mother, long long ago have created @hotmail.com account.
Unfortunately, she has forgotten the password, she can give all the detail, but dont count on her memory.
This account has been created LONG ago, when She had outlook.com. She can't tell date about her last log in on her account. Because she dont know it. As i said, She can tell all the details that she know. I really need this hotmail account. Because, I
was registered on it for a game.
Additionally, e-mails that should make her account safe, has been made by me, when I was probably about 13 y.old. I have forgotten all the details.
Phone number has been changed multiple times, cause of big period of time.
My mother can give all the details that you want. But please, dont ask her about the phone number, or date of last log in, because without calendar or something else, its very hard to remember even by geniuses.
She can say, date of her birth, her maidens name, her father's, her mother's name. The place that she have born in etc.

I had an email Account that was hooked to my old xbox profile that i would like to recover for purchases that i have made but i do not remember the email. I remember the just of it but not exactly.
I have Windows 8 installed, and my Outlook.com mail is not merging into my mail program. However my other accounts (gmail and yahoo) are merging successfully.
