Outlook does not work on android samsung duos

After downloading the outlook app for android from the play store am not able to type in my email address i can only type iin the first letter "e" this problem is coming up when am trying to login to Skype using my microsoft username but if I use my skype name its fine, am using a samsung duos and all other apps work fine its only the microsoft aapps that have a problem

Ad-free Outlook.com does not accept PayPal

I subscribed to the Ad-free Outlook.com a few years ago while living in Ireland with an Irish credit card.  Now that I live in the UK and no longer have the Irish credit card, Microsoft will not allow me to switch to my new credit card details (I cannot change the country myself nor can they do it).  I am also not able to use my PayPal account to pay for the Ad-free Outlook.com.  All of this seems a bit silly in this day-and-age.  Now, I am getting emails from Microsoft reminding me to resubscribe, and I would, but I am not able to because of their restrictions.  They said my only option was go with ads or get a new email address and resubscribe.  I've had the same email address for neary 10 years, so that is not a preferred option.  I would be happy to resubscribe but cannot.

Question:  How can I help prompt Microsoft to accept PayPal payment so I can continue with my Ad-free Outlook.com in the UK.  Surely, it should not matter which country I am living in?

SkyDrive not syncing on MacOS

SkyDrive on my Mac (OS X version 10.8.4) stopped syncing about 3 weeks ago. I might have updated the OS then, haven't been able to find out for sure.

I've tried unlinking and re-linking, uninstalling and reinstalling. 

Upload to skydrive.com works just fine, as does sync from my work PC (Windows 7).

No error messages. Clicking on the SkyDrive icon on the Mac status bar says SkyDrive 'synced a moment ago'.

Help?

I need to know how can I filter my email base on two categories I assigned to them before, for example I need to filter my inbox to find an emails that has document category AND important category.

Error message and problems with hotmail sign in

Why do I keep getting the error message: Sorry that didn't work.  This doesnt look like a valid user ID. Correlation ID: weu#0352b45e-1855-44ea-9232-e2bea5fccfa5.  Since changes to Hotmail I can't seem to log in.  I have tried through 365 but just get this error message.  Any ideas?
