It comes to my attention that outlook does not only block the email access whenever the server is down at a certain timing of the day, it lasts rather long to bear with.
the new problems come to my view pinpoint to the complete failure of email searching.
whenever I need to retrieve an array of emails, outlook says it is denied to connect the server.
Ironically, in the next minute, I could access to the normal screen to gain access to emails. but still not able to search a dumb single email out of the folders I created.
Archived folder retrieve no emails at all. it just trashed out any healthy email whenever an user presses the folders. it has no undelete function to restore any emails deleted)
The general undelete function just restores less than a minimal number of recent deleted emails with less value for me.
(mobile and android version of outlook) the second problems is that the select all button is not designed to fit the need for speedy email sorting and configuration. It brings a serious problem to sort emails for the languid email checkers with thousands
of emails piled up.
I am not talking about hot to avoid spam emails. I have tried every advice to optimise browsers (firefox, cometbird, internet explorer, goggle chrome, safari) and computer settings, Not a single line of the advices help me out of the blues. The problem
still persists to trouble me everyday.
It is very troublesome log in to outlook everytime manually, does it really hurt to add an little box to saved login into?
In my opinion, there are lots of features ought to be added to optimise the program.
