It appears that the SMS functionality does not work so I'd like to change my security info to an alternate email address. How can I do so?

In Account settings when I click on the Security Info link I am prompted to send a text message to my mobile phone. When I attempt to do this I am given the message "We couldn't send the code. Please try again.".
I link all my hotmail accounts. but now I cant retrieve it. Pls help

I am trying to register my domain name www.probstauction.com but I can't because it says:
"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language."
I am trying to have outlook.com manage the domain's email. It is a website for an auction company and contains nothing inappropriate.
Can someone please advise?

So few days ago my account is hacked and the hacker changed my password as well as the recovery email (the hacker changed it to his/her email). I regained access to my account but I can't change the recovery email
"We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 8/21/2013, we'll delete your old security info: *email address*"
The problem is I don't have access to that email address anymore. I have to change my recovery email ASAP because the hacker changed my password again this morning. I realized they can easily change my password if the recovery email is the hacker's
email address that's why I need to change my recovery mail. Can someone please help me? Thankyou so much
Calendar items from August 2012 are not available in the modern UI Calendar App. They are available via a web browser and the MS Office Outlook app. Is there a setting or other way to get access to old Calendar items in the Modern UI. The phone app

WHen I try to access my microsoft account, which is my hotmail account (i am currently using an account that I made just to post to this site), it says my accound has been temporarily blocked. I tried resetting my password and I also tried going through the validation process. I have 3 separate email addresses & they were recently un-linked. I have been able to sign into all 3 accounts, but one of the accounts will not get past the account screen & constantly has an error message when I try to sign in. It says that "Microsoft
