Locked out of my hotmail account and password recovery is not working

For a while now I have not been able to log into my account. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I keep clicking on password recovery but every single time it tells me that i have not provided enough information. I have had my account for about 5 years now and i really would like to get it back since its my main email and i use it for school purposes.

Customize email page in gmail

Hi.,
I want to make my own type email page for users to use. I mean the appearance will remain almost the same except that at text message writing page few things to appear like this:
NAME:
DATE & TIME:
RE:

For DATE & TIME, both the entries should come by itself and cannot be altered.

ive tried the verification submit form 8 times and its obvious that it is some bot that is doing the same thing over and over again and wont even try to get your account back.

I believe i created my first hotmail back in 2001 if not earlier. 2011 i got blocked because i RECIEVED too much spam mail (what?). Yeah, whats up with that? Ive tried this verification form for about 8 times, and the same BOT answer every time gets me on my nerves. The password is still working, but i cant access my account. Its pretty obvious that my account isn't hacked because why isnt my password changed? i can provide the name of the account, personal info and last sent mails. I wont do the form again because its obviously not working, i need to speak with a real human and not some bot.

Please do not link me some "Kindly click at this link to change ur password" because ive done that 101010010101010010101010 times without success, because i cannot remember my secret question which i made 12years ago.

My microsoft accounts were accidentally deactivated. I need to have both of them reactivated so that I can access my XBOX live account. The accounts are:

Also, whenever I fill out the account questionnaire, they don't pass me because they don't have enough information. I put in all the information that I know. I didn't use a credit card with my account or I didn't the email which I put as my windows live ID, I only fill out my name, birth date, recent passwords, and answer to my security question. I had this same problem a while ago and didn't resolve this. 

I cant go onto xbox live because, whenever I turn on my xbox they want me to enter my ID and password to make it more security with proofs but I cant do that because I can't login. It says whenever I do put my password in my xbox, there might be something wrong with my account and then it says go to some website about account recovery and that still doesn't do anything. 

I would like to get back on my xbox as soon as possible. Thanks.
