Initially, I lost all emails in the Inbox folder prior to March 2013, with the forced change to Outlook.
I've dealt with this and my intense frustration with the issue.
Now, I've again lost all emails in the Inbox folder prior to May 6, 2013.
This is completely unacceptable.
I've looked everywhere to determine if there is an auto-archive feature on or something.
This has nothing to do with Conversation or Grouping, I don't use those.
Even the Deleted Messages folder didn't go back further than May 6.
I cannot afford to keep losing emails, what on earth am I doing wrong
(other than not keeping 800 folders to sort every single email that comes in)?!
Sent out a group email through outlook on the web (msn) to people with fb email addresses. The email became a discussion that won't stop. Everyone on the list is getting everyone elses emails stating they are leaving the conversation but no one is leaving because everyone keeps sending the same message "I am leaving the conversation". The email was never meant to be a conversation it was  a one time email. period how do we stop it!!   I don't know if its the mobile version? It is on my MSN account as my email.

I am trying to set up email accounts for my kids so that they can use our old windows7 phones.  However I cannot get through the age verification.  I go through and enter my credit card info and then I am told that the process cannot be performed at this time check with support.  I see dozens of the same post yet the problem still persists.  I was hoping that this would be easier.
When I click on the skydrive app, I get the message Skydrive needs update, and there are two options: quit skydrive or get update. Clicking on get update gets me the microsoft site to download the app. Doing that results in the same thing. Installation offers no choices at this point. Just goes back to the same status without allowing to choose account or skydrive folder location. Before this happened I had encountered several problems. After being on vacation with my mac mini turned off, when I powered up the skydrive app did not execute and did not appear to exist in my application folder. I tried reinstalling and in the process deleted my skydrive folder to get a fresh start. This resulted in deleting all files in the sky. (See previous post about that problem). Apple support said I should be sure to turn off the app before dragging it to the trash if I was uninstalling the software, which I  did. After that I got into a situation where app kept crashing and giving error messages. After reading the forum I tried to delete everything that was connected with skydrive, and I also changed my keychain access to "allow all processes" or something to that effect. Whatever was recommended. Finally I got the app to work for half a day and then it began to do this endless loop of asking for update without there being any update available from that choice. I really like SkyDrive and use it for pictures, household documents, and OneNote. Very nice on iOS systems to have a view of all that. But I am stymied at the moment. Any help appreciated.
