Hi there, 

I'm trying to set up a new hotmail account for my daughter and am unable to complete the age verification process. I get this error message after submitting my credit card information:  

We're unable to complete your request

Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.


I'm using Safari 6.0.5 on a Mac and have cleared history, etc.

Spellcheck issue

My spellcheck while I type works when I use Google Chrome for my Hotmail emails, but not through Internet Explorer.  What's up with that?  I hope Microsoft will rectify this issue, as I too sometimes forget to manually do a spellcheck.  The auto spellcheck is so much easier.  It tells me while I type if I misspelled a word.

Windows 8 and SkyDrive

Is anyone else experiencing repeated crashes when trying to upload files from a Windows 8 (an abomination) "-equipped" machine to Skydrive?  If so, please advise how to get it to work.  This doesn't, btw, happen when using a Win 7 machine.

Need to recover linked email account

My email account that was linked is gone.. I have done the recovery request 5 times now and still the information is not sufficient enough to validate my account. I have call tech support no help and when I try to email it tells me something is wrong try again later.. Any suggestions I need this account back!! Thanks

Blocked unable to verify

My main email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) began to not recognise my password so I got apassword reset email to this account, so I've changed password and logged in. Now I'm told that someone else has been using my account so I must verify that Iam myself. The email offerred is an old one that I can't remember anything about so I tried the form. 3 tries at it and each have been unsuccessful. Not sure what I can do differently here to get my account unsuspended. Cursing my younger self for whatever personal details I entered that must've been incorrect.
