We use Microsoft Office 2010, specifically got it for Outlook for our email account. When I log into webmail, there are messages in a POP folder, listed under deleted files. These messages are from people on my safe senders contact list. Why don't they go to my inbox? If they are not in my inbox, I cannot receive them into Office Outlook 2010, I have to log on to webmail then move them to my inbox from the pop folder, then go back to my Office Outlook to see them in my inbox. I was told by Microsoft that in Office 2010, you cannot receive any junkmail, every known email address has to be added to my safe senders list in order to receive emails. So I've done that but it still won't bring them into my inbox. Really annoying to have to check the same email account in 2 different places to make sure I'm not missing anything. In Office Outlook, there is already a folder for junk mail but nothing ever comes to that folder, so why is it even there anyways?
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks

Hello,
I am trying to delete my live account. However, through the process it claims I have some paid subscriptions tied to my account. I do not. This is very frustrating as I have switched over my Xbox Live info to my other account and it still claims there is sub services, even though when I check there is not.
Hi there,
I am running :
- Windows 7
- Office 2010
I had previously linked a Skydrive account to the PC and entered the account into "Save to web" option in Office ( used Word ). Now I find out that this is the wrong Skydrive account ( doing this for my father inlaw that's not exactly being helpful :) ) and I need to change it. But, it seems I cannot do it.
I've tried:
- Uninstalling the desktop app.
- Reinstalling the desktop app.
- Rebooting.
- Clicking "(Not user?)" behind the Skydrive info in Word>File>Save&Send>Save to Web
When I click the last option there I get promted that:
"Cannot complete this action because your are signed in as . Close all files opened from the Web and try again."
Now, here are some remarks about that:
- Firstly there something missing "...signe in as . Close all...."
- I believe this should be the account info but it's missing to it seems it's not logged in.
- I don't have anything opened from the Web.
I've tried to go to the Credentials Manager in Accounts but there are no credentials there to do anything about. I'm pretty much out of ideas on this one to be honest.
Hello,
I create a Microsoft Account from domains.live.com. To use the Outlook product, Microsoft Account needs to verify if I'm the owner of the email that I have registered.
However, the Microsoft verification system returns: "We were unable to send you an email. Try again later."
Can the problem be fixed please?
Thank you
