My mom is an msntv subscriber, which is ending this month. She doesn't know her pw or her security question answer. How do I reset that for her as I try and upgrade her to an outlook.com account? Her name is Lois Isola-Pasqual. And her email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I have forgotten my password for my account then blocked it from attempting too many times to remember the password. I unfortunately can not answer the security question as I set up this email 12 years ago at age 14 and chose a very obscure question! I
have filled out the questionnaire 3 times stating all previous passwords and put my husband's email for you to please contact me on however I still haven't received anything.
Is there anything I can do as I use this email for everything. I contacted Outlook via Facebook and they advised me to post here.

I still know the password to my hotmail... even though I type it wrong many times. But more importantly right now my hotmail account is totally blocked T.T , I aint even allow to sign in.
By any chance, how can I get microsoft hotmail to unblock my account? I even apply the reset password for microsoft hotmail account but I just can't get much right...my hotmail account doesn't have mobiles or anything attach to it to validate. Help pls

I have a few email accounts and had one set up specifically for ebay & paypal, this was ideal when I could link accounts and access each account from the drop down menu when logged in to my usual everyday email account, however, thanks to the brains of
the operation that decided to stop this from being allowed... I now no longer have that ability, and need to log into the account seperately.
The problem being that it has been so long since I logged into the account on it's own that I have forgotten the password and security question answer and everytime I fill in the form to request a password change link to my other email account all I get
is an automatic reply saying that I haven't filled in enough info.... I have given all the info I can remember!!
Now I understand the need for security, but I cannot access my own account??
I have read some of the answers in the forum and none of them seem to help.... it's alright people saying that I should change my password or security question.... but to do that I need access and can't access the account!!
