Since the change over from hotmail to outlook I'm having increasing problems with outlook not functioning as it should (i.e. in a useable way). Removing linked accounts is a major step backwards in terms of features, but the bottom line is outlook is
just not performing as an email provider.
It is constantly slow or crashing, it often fails to let me select a folder to view or open emails, and if I try to scroll up and down through emails it crashes and gives me an error reading. Today it won't open attachments, or takes 5 minutes to open a simple
pdf (and it's not a connection issue as the two other windows I had open were running just fine). I've supplied this information via the feedback function in my account (as it directs me to for issues) and yet I keep encountering more problems instead of
things being fixed. I'vIt is not a funcvtioning email system.e been directed to this site by outlook's facebook page.
I am encountering these issues through my home laptop (firefox), my work pc (internet explorer), and my smartphone (samsung default browser).
The change to outlook has been appalling. Bring back hotmail, it worked! Outlook does not.
I have been continually contacted by Microsoft to update my card information in order to renew my account. First of all, the link provided does not work and I have to copy and paste to access it. Secondly, it keeps taking me to updates status and won't go any further, so I can't update my card information. What do I do?
I can only see my emails that are one week old, everything else disappears and I don't have an conversation or sweep settings on. Please help as I need my emails urgently.
I set up a new domain on live domains. Some of my accounts work well but one will not let me log into it. When I try to log in it says "Call us overprotective..." and then asks me to rename my account. I don't' want to rename my account, but even if I try to it comes up with an error screen:
Call us overprotective...

I have retried this a few times over the last few weeks with no change.

When I try to sign onto my MSN with my user name and password , the sign in page won't sign in. I can sign into google and other search engines.

You had earlier in HOTMAIL any number of ids linking facility.
After changing over to Outlook.com lately they have delinked all ids
and signing each ids separately.
Earlier ONE id's password was sufficing to browse remaining ids in one go (link) and over the years
passwords of all ids are seldomly used as the need was concised in One ids signing.
However I recollected all the ids passwords except the ONE id viz- *** Email address is removed for privacy *** .
There may be important mails in them and
precious link is lost.
Could you Pls help me to send my PASSWORD before I abandon this id and make all future communications in my other e.mail IDs.

I have access to my account, so I can read and, well it looks like it, receive email, but when I attempt to send email it presents me with the error message.
Can anyone help. Really need my hotmail to work as it should as I use it for work and other important stuff!
I tried to access my xbox live profile and i was unable to as it said that there was something wrong with my microsoft account with the code 8015D02E on the xbox. i tired to log into my account on outlook.com but i got the message 'There looks like someone
might be using your acccount' so i tried to verify that it was might account but i do not remember the password to my other account as i havnt used it for a few years. DO NOT ask me to fill out another questionnaire as i have filled out a couple now and i
keep getting rejected. problem is i have not used this hotmail account for some time and i do not recall using it to send any emails or create any folders so i can not answer that question on the questionnaire. the only reason that i still have this account
is so that i can play online on my xbox with it. is there any chance i can change the account that i use my xbox account on? i dont see why i have to pay for my xbox live account if i am unable to play on it.
