calendar and contacts won’t sync from android phone to outlook 2013 but Outlook 2013

I can input entries in my Outlook 2013 with my Outlook.com calendar and contacts and they will sync to my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone but entries on the phone won't sync to my desktop

HI i have a domain hosted on windows live and for last couple of days we are facing a perpetual white screen while accessing the webmail, we tried logging in from a different location it works fine, but the office IP range it is a problem

We spoke to the ISP but didnt get a satisfactory answer, as we have migrated recently to outlook.com and we really want to stick around but this problem has been a dampner and its not justified to go back to using a mail client to access windows mails 

we changed the DNS to global settings but the ISP has said it might recur and will be left without a backup plan

the domain is brandcare.net 

we have about 35 users on the account and in a day our combined mailing might be in the range of 500 mails 

kindly advise, we have a emailer platform which we use on a another subdomain which we run campaigns for clients will that be a issue 

I would really appreciate if some one helps me out in this issue 

Movie Maker not saving and freezing at 17-18%

I keep trying to save a movie on movie maker, and it is repeatedly freezing at 17-18%, just last week it was working fine, now I can't even save a little 20 second clip

I have had to set up a new hotmail account and password with my microsoft account as someone hacked into mine last wk but am in despair because i need to retrieve my e-mails and contacts from my former account and so far have been unsuccessful -help please !!

pop up ads blocking hotmail.com functions

Since Monday, Aug 5th there have been ads popping up at the top of the MSN homepage.  When I sign into my outlook.com (hotmail.com) account, those same ads are popping up at the top of the in box and will not allow me to do anything in my email.  I cannot get into any other folders or send email.  This just happened.  Does anyone have a clue what's going on?

I can’t access my account!

The account I'm trying to access (not this one) was originally a linked account but as linked accounts have been removed I can't access it as:

a) I don't know the password
b) the security information is wrong (which I couldn't change before linked accounts because I didn't have the password)
c) the form to reset it is rejecting my information straight off and I'm now locked out

Is there anyway I can access this account at all or is it lost forever?

NB: This is an account for a University Society, so was made by previous presidents, therefore the recovery information is hard for me to guess. I've got three subject emails where I'd previously forwarded emails on, as well as four email accounts and this isn't enough... I don't recall there being any folders for me to name
