Recently I removed Norton Antivirus and replaced with Vipre Security/Antivirus. Since then I have problems sending email. Also, My email account is MSN/Hotmail Plus account that I put thru Outlook.....running Sm Busi 2007. Please help, do I need

Every time I forward a document or letter, the pages are stuck together while forwarding, and when they appear in my inbox to show they've been forwarded. I need to know how to separate the forwarded letters or documents once they've already been forwarded.
I need to do this in order to separate the documents to file them away in their respective folders. I truly need help with this. Please contact me at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Thank you.

Cannot access or empty Junk Mail folder or Draft. This sucks. What is going on? Yes, I've cleared my browser's cookies and temporary internet files. They are not causing this issue. I've NEVER had this problem until I was converted to Outlook.com, without
my permission or knowledge. Total ****. I need to be able to access my Junk and Draft folders. What is the solution? And, don't blame it on anything other than Microsoft's problem/error. I cannot logout because everything freezes as soon as I login. This
has never happened with Hotmail. This has only happened when I was converted to Outlook. Horrible customer service. Ugh.
I tried to change my billing online. They called my house as that phone does not have e-mail the phone rang. no response.
I deleted my house phone to try to put in my cell phone. looks locked up till 9/7

My fiancee has had her hotmail account hacked today... Unfortunately this is the second time it has happened. Last time she was unable to regain access so created a second hotmail account and now that has also been hacked. The hackers have not stopped
there they have hacked her Facebook and other accounts included personal accounts.
We have tried to recover the account but this has been without success as the automated recovery system has said that we have not provided enough information. Unfortunately my partner does not use her account for sending emails but more to use to create
shopping accounts, banking, facebook etc. She has also never used a card to buy or pay for anything using her hotmail account and has not created any personal folders in her hotmail account, because of all of the above i expect this is why we are being told
that not enough information has been provided.
We don't want to setup another account brcause it then means having to change her email on all her amazon, ebay, Facebook, banking, phone etc. We just want to regain access to the two accounts that have been hacked.
The email addresses for the accounts are *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (The most recent account) and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (older account)... We have contacted facebook and they have asked us to email them a copy of her passport so they can identify her and have blocked her account
due to suspicious activity. Is there any way we can provide a copy of her passport to someone at microsoft so something similar can be done?
Someone potentially having access to personal information, photographs of our children etc really scares us and we want to stop it ASAP.

My email account was hacked and the security settings were changed. Now, another email account of the hacker (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) has been established to change security settings in the future. That change is pending until Sept 4. I cannot cancel the change,
because an old alternate email account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) used in the cancellation process was closed long ago. So, I am sitting on a time bomb unless I can get this pending change to the “Recently Updated Security Info” screen changed.
My Hotmail account was hacked on the 7/8/13. It took 24hrs to get the problem sorted so that I could change my pass word an re access my account. Now I am unable to open any emails or folders. My pass word reset details were sent to my wife's Hotmail
account. Since I used the link to reaccess my account that was sent by Hotmail support to her email account she can not open any emails or folders either. What is going on ? and why can't a Hotmail support person help me ? I have attempted to contact them

Hi airtel telecom is my service provider for broadband in Pune,India. The past fifteen days I have noticed that I can't log in to Outlook.com and I couldn't understand why. My office has another service provider and I am able log in from there with no
trouble. When I took this up with airtel customer care they confirmed that they were aware that there was an issue but that problem was at "Microsoft" end. They expected the problem to resolved in a couple of days. That was six days ago. I am still not able
to check my mail from home.

My hotmail account is locked up.
It posts message saying 'someone might be using your account'. It's asking me to type in the security code that they sent out to my secondary email account that I put in like 10 years ago which that I don't even have access to.
I've typed info regarding my recent sent email addresses, name of folders that I've created but for some reason, it's not working.
I am in the middle of escrow closing so I really need to get back the access and it's just kept on making me go around the circle.
