I have been using Hotmail since its inception and I was always able to access it from anywhere. I would call-up hotmail and enter my user name and P.W. and I was properly directed to my hotmail account. My account was switched to Outlook and all my "stuff"
was saved and transferred and all I have to do is call-up windows live mail in my favorites list. I have a vista system withh the latest I.E.,and all updates are installed. I tried to access Outlook on a different computer(my wifes) and the only outlook
account is her's. How can I access outlook from anywhere. How can my wife access her account from my computer.

Since I was forced to change my email from hotmail to Outlook nothing works any more.
It is simply impossible to get into my email. I have done anything required of me, from creating a new account, a new pass word, etc etc.
I am required to verify my email with a code. At the beginning three times in the row the code was rejected, than the code was sent to an email address that is invalid and therefor could not be accessed. There was no other option offered for alternative email
address as all my alternative email addresses are microsoft ones.
I was send in circles for about 12 hours all up and yesterday I finally got in to my email account, but today it is the same game again. I have to varify with a code number and can not get into any email account to retrieve the code number.
They asked me alternatively for my mobile number but I do not use a mobile not do I want to use one.
This has become total nightmare for me as the email connection to my friends is my only contact with the world.

Today, August 9, 2013, there's been no receipt of emails in my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account. I can successfully send emails to the Hotmail account (meaning that they aren't bounced back) and I can successfully create an email within the Hotmail account
and send it to my Yahoo and Comcast accounts, but I am not receiving any emails in the Hotmail account!

I can receive messages on my Iphone and my old backup computer. Both are Windows 7 computers. I have used outlook connector to configure email account. I can send easily from this computer but simply does not receive. I found a message several days
ago that Outlook was having trouble synching with Outlook.com. I use Office 2007 and Outlook program in it. Gmail and bellsouth emails work fine as does send feature on msn account simply quit receiving a couple of days ago for no apparent reason. Help

Information in my Microsoft account acquired with a former computer locks the keyboard in a brand new laptop and forces me to use the on screen keyboard. How can I reach that Microsoft account data to remove that most annoying feature. The same information
is transmitted to the local account of the same name. The other user accounts are not affected.
