Hi airtel telecom is my service provider for broadband in Pune,India. The past fifteen days I have noticed that I can't log in to Outlook.com and I couldn't understand why. My office has another service provider and I am able log in from there with no trouble. When I took this up with airtel customer care they confirmed that they were aware that there was an issue but that problem was at "Microsoft" end. They expected the problem to resolved in a couple of days. That was six days ago. I am still not able to check my mail from home. 
Please help.
