Question about Outlook Express

Right so the whole page on outlook.com loads but nothing is actually clickable. It's almost as if it's a screenshot. Help?

I cant log into my account that I have had for many years. I don't remember my security question and I don't have access to my alternate email to verify. I only use this email when I buy things on line and very rarely do I send emails or save contacts to this email. For those reasons I cant verify enough info to let me reset/log on to my account. anyone have any ideas?

hello, I am a gamer, and as any gamer knows, your characters are saved to an email account. So i am coming back to a game, with an email I had. And the game is under new management so you need to re register. So I cant log in to my live account, and the email to send a recovery code has been changed. Keep in mind that I made this account almost 6 years ago. It was a bare bones account, just a name, password, and my main email at the time. Now the recovery email is some fl*****@gmx.com Sounds sketchy to me, I've never heard of gmx. So password recovery does not work. and there is no way to contact microsoft. Does anyone have a suggestion that would put my old email content to a new account, or a way to change the recovery account info. This is incredibly unneeded frustration please help!

I'd rather have my files downloaded to my external SD card where there is lots of storage space. How do I accomplish this?
