Help my account is blocked

Help!! My account has been blocked since 3 days and its giving me a message saying that it seems that someone else is using my account. I subbmited almost 5 forms or more with no luck of getting it back. I really need to get my e mail back as soon as possible so finish some pending work. I forgot my security question and my other contact e mail was hacked so i closed it. I am using a new e mail to ask.

Unable to upload anything.

I have windows 7 and since I downloaded skydrive I am unable to upload anything.  When I open skydrive in Outlook and attempt to upload a file I get "Internet Explorer has stopped working" I click cancel (the only option) and I'm back where I started.  What am I doing wrong?

 

Before the Skydrive app, skydrive worked just fine uploading files

Upgrade failed during add subscription

Hi,

 

I recently tried to add 20G to my account, paying by paypal, but during the process is crashed and the extra space was not added.

 

Now when I try and upgrade the 20G option no longer exists, but my account still says 7G

 

My paypal details are there on the account but I have not been charged. Can you please check the status of the account or at the very least, make the 20G option appear again so I can have another try.

problem opening emails

just installed norton, from comcast on  my XP and now I can't open my emails. I've received emails, they are listed with a red flag in front of them and the little box in front of the title is missing.  I believe a setting was changed when the Norton was installed can anyone direct me to were I might look for a setting that is preventing me from opening my email.

I cannot login to any of my 3 hotmail/live email accounts on any of the devices that were set up for access.  My username/passwords are always invalid.  I go through the questions/answers and steps necessary to change the passwords. Then I see it's successful.  Then it isn't the next time I try to sign in.  Seems I can't access my accounts on more than one device, and I have to sign out of each account before signing into another.  All these problems started when MS stopped linking the different accounts. I am virtually out of business because of this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
