My old msn messenger screen name still appears at the
top of my emails instead of my actual name. There is no sign
of this name on any settings or on messenger. I'm pretty livid
as I've been using this account for years and for professional
purposes and didnt realise it was there. I need help urgently
as I'm already mortified that it has gone out on thousands of emails!
its like 2 years since ive used it and i need it back urgently
all i remember is the acutal adress and possible passwords.

ive tried the test thing but it failed. as i dont rember much from it.

I have NO files in "public." I have four folders in "Pictures." I want to share 1 folder in pictures with "Joe" and a different folder with "Sharon," how do you do that?
So far when I send a link out, that person has access to all folders under pictures and not just the one folder. Again public is empty.
What is the correct way to get this done???

I am stuck in account summary page and cant go to inbox
Yesterday everything was fine as I was receiving and sending mails. but today when I try to go to my inbox it took me through reset security by email or phone. I tried both but the result was the same. It sent me a code on my mobile phone which I entered but
I still couldn't go to my inbox. I am stuck in account summary page. I tried to login again and it took me straight to account summary page. I cant find an option to go to inbox or any other page. I can only see: overview, edit profile, account aliases, personal
info, password, security info, close account, notification, permissions and billing.
Please help me bring my accounts back to normal (I have 2 Hotmail accounts) and 1 is for my business which is now being affected by this.
My calendar notifications emailed daily only show the first 6 events. Not very convenient. Anyone know if this can be changed??
Is there a fix or is it showing the first 6 events by design? Please say no!

Hi, I REALLY REALLY need help. This used to work fine for me, but now it wont.
I created a slideshow with narration in WMM and everything saves as a movie maker project fine, but when I save as a video file or upload to you tube all I get is a black screen with narration.
I have searched HOURS AND HOURS on this issue. I've read and installed all receommended codec packs and software to find out what codecs were needed and NOTHING WORKS.
There has GOT to be a solution to this problem. Seeing how it used to work perfectly fine about a year ago.
I need these videos for my business. Someone PLEASE help me.
*All my drivers are updated per my computer
* I have uninstalled all codec packs since none of them worked
*I am running windows 7 home
*I have the most up to date version of windows essentials installed
