SkyDrive used to work, but has since stopped working (Windows 8, Surface Pro).
Every time SkyDrive starts, it seems to exit (fatal crash).

There is no longer an address book on hotmail, Why not? Where is it. How do I get to it?
Can someone explain to me why my email with an outlook.com domain fails to work with the Mac Mail app, but works completely fine with hotmail.com and live.com domains? They're essentially the same service, so I cannot understand why outlook.com alone doesn't
work.
I got around this by creating an alias of my main outlook.com account so I could have a hotmail.com domain for it. And surprisingly, it worked.

I accidently deleted an e-mail from my wife.
And then deleted that e-mail from my 'deleted mail folder'.
I want to recover it as my wife needs separation and I need to connect to her.
The e-mail said 'I want to add you to my birthday calender'
Can you please recover that e-mail or perhaps recover my e-mails for last 3 months
and I will find out which one was it.
It is very urgent as I had mistakenly deleted these e-mails.

Hi, I recently started working with Windows 8 and till now I had no problem with my microsoft-account. But when I tried to sign up on xbox live (first time after approx. 2 years), it told me, that there are new terms and conditions witch I first have to
confirm. When I tried to, it directed me to xbox.com and asked for the permission of a parent. The problem is, I have no parent with a microsoft-account. And because the terms and conditions block my menu, I cant change my account from kid to adult.
And now im sitting here, with a game i bought with my credit card and I cant play, just because xbox wont believe me, that im adult?
