I cannot alway open my emails once I have logged into the account which is very annoying. Why would this happen?

When I click on the emails nothing happens and they do not open.  Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't with no apparent explanation.

I can't access my email accounts. I am receiving the error message that my passwords are incorrect. To retrieve the account via the email option is useless has I also can't access that account. I have submitted the required questionnaire and I have been waiting for 7 days. I really need the use of my accounts

Hi everyone,

hope someone can answer this for me. I have had a Hotmail account for over 8 years now. I have my mail in there going back that long. I also use the Windows Live Mail client (on my PC) to download my email from several accounts, including my Hotmail account. I want to delete all the mail from my Hotmail account online (because it's continually hacked) but leave the mail in my Live Mail client on my PC. However, when I delete a message from my Hotmail account online, it also goes from my Live Mail client on my PC. I just want to be able to receive them on my PC, then delete them from my online account.

OK. After reading comments via FB and other blogs/community sites regarding users (like myself) having similar/exact issues! Don't get me wrong, I am all for changes, but only if they work... and in MSO case... Not!  3 weeks ago via my smart phone,  I opened my email (hotmail)... and right before my very eyes, my emails started disappearing one by one... I couldn't believe it... "What is going on, kind of spooky I thought!"  And then, . zilch... nothing!  "Ok, no worries Jen, just log on via your computer, you can sort your phone out later!" Well Outlook, you can guess... as the rest is history!  I have had my hotmail account for years and years, and I am extremely upset to know that MSO has just cleaned out years of emails and some of them sentimental too! My email address has been the same for years, and is linked to goodness knows how many contacts!  Why is it that all my contacts/files/emails have not merged into Outlook? I am scratching my head trying to understand, why MSO have broken something that didn't need fixing?!  It's beyond me!  And yes, like thousands of users I have followed and tried many instructions/options umpteenth times!  Also, the rudeness of MSO not responding either!  Can you fix it... I hope you can?!  Thank you.

Up until 3 days ago I was able to go straight to my emails from my home page of Google by hitting the Hotmail in the left hand corner. Now the screen says Oops! Internet Explorer could not find co116w.col116.mail.com  .  So then I have to Google Search for Hotmail.com & then hit the website of Hotmail.com that says Sign In.  Why should I have to go thru this process every time?  What has changed?

We (Jubilee Granites India Pvt.Ltd) have been using the Hotmail account regularly & suddenly we couldn’t sign in to last week (july 31st) &  we got information from our official customers that the hacker is sending mails to send funds on our behalf  to his bank account he has provided. We have informed all our customers to stop sending mails either to us or hacker . In the meantime we tried to retrieve our account with the new password ,  link sent by Microsoft in our alternative email address. Whenever we tried to retrieve the account with the new  password it was hacked within few hours.  Now (4th attempt) we were unable to get the link to reset the password  saying we didn’t provide enough information & this is final update for our account recovery request .   We don’t   know where we are wrong though we have entered all the information correctly in the column provided as did in the first attempt to reset password .  


For your information,  our emails & password details are forwarded to the hackers email id where he makes the changes in the security information settings.

Hacker email id : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  (we couldn’t able to make the changes when we tried to set password in the first attempt to change the hacker email id in the security information settings.


I seek your support & help just to retrieve our datas back in the account once we get it we will close the account once for all & that too before the hacker does it.

Is there some way to collapse the subfolders in Windows Live photo gallery all at once? I know you can collapse the top level folder but within it I need to collapse all my many subs at once.

Hi,

I'm running a server with a program written in python. This program uses SMTP to route emails via my hotmail account. This has been working fine on the server which contains the program up until recently. It is not possible to install a browser on this server. Can this be fixed? Maybe I should just use a different service provider?

when I forward an email to my friends, they can not see the pictures. just forwarding message have this problem. i can see the pictures but after forwarding they can not see them.
I try different computers and also different browsers but the problem exist.

I read other peoples questions and problems that they post for you on the community but the answers can not help me.

please help me as soon as possible
