When I log into Hotmail I am sent to the account management page. How do I get to my emails from here??

I have been unable to use the search function with my outlook.com account for several weeks.
This happens on multiple computers and with various browsers.
I have cleared the cache, updated browser version, and reset settings.
I get various error messages.
The most frequent is this:
There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service
status to check if there's a problem with Outlook.
I have a spinning circle icon and the message Waiting for login.live.com, which changes to blu165.mail.live which changes to mail.live.com and then back to the first message and the spinning circle icon remains constant. I cannot get into my email at all.
Please fix it - do not send me an email with instructions because I can't get into it to view them. I have nothing but problems with Outlook lately and am not pleased at all with the sporadic performance; more often than not it doesn't work properly and I
am getting extremely frustrated - I NEED my email for earnings!
My photos I have uploaded to my account are not showing well. And I could have lost many photo if I did not have another second local contact. Any reason this is happening
I just signed up for a new account and my first allias that I created has disappeared.
I have had several Microsoft accounts through the years. The current one I am now using will not let me add my gmail address as an alias, because it says it is already in use. I have logged in to all my old accounts (3 now no longer used), made sure that
email address is out of there, and closed the one account that I could. The other 2 say I need to close all services first to close the account, though I cannot figure out what services it means or how to do that. Is there any way someone at Microsoft could
correct this for me so I can add my gmail account (used for all my email with friends) to my outlook account (used for xbox, skydrive, messenger, everything else)? And while we are at it, maybe help me close those other 2 accounts? Thanks!

I'm unable to reopen any mail moved to a folder. The folder has been created from a mobile device and the mail has been also moved from a mobile device, but I try to open it from my computer and it doesn't work.
The message I get while trying to open the file is this one :

I set it as Active, set the MX and TXT (spf trust) and create a few accounts, ex.: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I set to use Outlook.com as email provider.
I login to one of the accounts and test to send an email and the emails arrives.
Then from my personal account on Outlook.com try to send an email to the account on the custom domain but it never arrives.
Then i tried sent an email From Gmail to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and never arrives.
Then i tried sent an email From *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and never arrives.
What can be happening?

Hi,
I keep getting a message when I log in saying i must verify my account within (now < 5 days). I have no interest in connecting any other account with this account and have no need for further verification.
If I do not complete this verification, will this lock this account out? How can I avoid this without going through the trouble of verifying it via a public phone or disposable email?
