Not getting e-mails from a forum that I was previously getting

Recently, around the end of July (~29th), I stopped getting e-mails from one specific website only in my Hotmail (Outlook) e-mail.

 

It's just one site that this is happening to.  I've checked with fellow Forum Admins and they claim they are still getting the proper e-mails with no problems, however, they are using a different e-mail provider (Gmail for example).

 

Here's some more info so this can be figured out as fast as possible as I need to get these e-mails to show up again as sometimes I have to act on a reported post if need be.  If I don't get those e-mails, more problems at the forum I help run can happen because I don't deal with the already "reported" post.

 

1. No, I haven't changed anything in my Hotmail/Outlook settings since before the ~29th of July that could have caused this.

2. I use IE-10 to check my account only.

3. Yes, the forum address for the e-mails is in my safe list and has been for 2+ years.

4. All other e-mails are arriving on-time with no problems.  Only one site is affected.

  2. Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hotmail account to immediately delete junk e-mails? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
  3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

I sign in and the outlook page says there is a problem and i can’t get into my emails at all. what causes this and how do i fix it?

Just shows the error page. this is my xbox live account and i am really getting frustrated by this.

Cannot open an email: showing a message of “The message you selected could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Please click the folder again to refresh the view.”

After login into outlook.com, and click on an email, the bar shows following message "The message you selected could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted. Please click the folder again to refresh the view. " 

 

Can you help resolve the problem?

hi   I am a first timer

 

when i open a email my curser turns into a hand, i can not copy or add anything.   I guess I played with my mouse settings     can anyone help     thanks   garry

How can the reading pane be increased in size? .

Have tried to reduce width of the inbox mail listing without success.  Is subscribing to ad free email the only way to view messages without having to work the slide at the bottom

How to Transfer E mail hosting to other mail hosting services?

Good day!

           We had provide our domain name in Windows Live Admin Center so that we can have our customized e mail addresses using outlook.com. We just want to know if it is possible to transfer our e mail hosting to other mail hosting sites? If it is possible, can we transfer also our emails? and can we use the same e mail address when we transfer to other e mail hosting sites?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you so much!
