The issue number is 97385852. Both times I sent a request it seemed to generate two numbers and immediately cancel the first one. I Hope that isn't an issue.
I recently went to check my email and found that the account has been suspended for suspicious activity. Which is fair enough since i understand that they have to check or get some false alerts every now or then. I solely use the account forwarded through
to Gmail so there wouldn't be much activity on it. I tried to get the recovery email sent to my alternate email account but it wasn't coming through. So I filled in the recovery request form. First one got denied so I filled out another one with as much information
as I could get. This one's been going for 8 hours now. I know it says it can take up to 24 but the first one only took 2 to be denied and I have uni information coming through today and tomorrow. So it's very time sensitive. Can i find out how the request
is going and if possible speed it up somehow?

For some weeks, probably a longer time than I realise, 'Sent' emails have been disappearing from my hotmail.com account. I subscribe to extra storage space. The account is years old but used daily. My temporary solution is to copy all mails to myself
at another account. Any ideas?
I made an email account when I was a child and eventually stopped using it when I was 16y/o or something along those lines. I thought I had deleted it but recently when I was googling myself (just to see what else I had online that I had forgotten about) my old hotmail profile popped up on the list and I can't access it at all. The forms in the help centre doesn't help at all because I haven't used the email from many years... and someone else has. So how am I supposed to fill out the forms in regards to recent use?! Everything (including the language) has changed so I can't even reset it.
I have no clue as to what the hijacker(s) have been doing with it since I last used it years ago! I just want my old photos back from my profile & permanently close the account.

with a new alternate address. I am travelling overseas and cannot wait that long. i depend on my hotmail account.
How can I get the code sent elsewhere immediately?
If someone responds, where will I see the answer as I won't be able to access my hotmail the next time I log in? Microsoft have presented me with a unique problem here and I really need it sorted so I will be able to access my mail.

I want to remove my Send only Outlook aliases, it only appears under "Inbox > Options > Your email accounts - Outlook aliases" but not on "Microsoft account - Account summary - Account aliases".

The aliases I want to remove is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. BTW, I don't own this account now.
