I discovered that my hotmail email account has been hacked (due to people receiving spam emails from me).  I tried to go and change my password but found I no longer can get into my account.  I tried the reset password option but whoever hacked my account has also changed the settings for the email and cell phone that I can't use those options either.  I filled out the form and was told I did not provide enough information.  I tried that again and now have gotten no response.  I would appreciate any suggestions people might have.  Help!

Vacation reply does not work

It's been almost 2 months that I use my Outlook.com address regularly. When I go to the Vacation reply option it is asking me to Verify myself or wait a few days to make sure I'm not a spammer... two months is way more then a  few days...

I use intensively hotmail. I have more than 200folders and thousands of emails. Nevertheless, it is becoming very very slow. How can improve the speed? I would not mind paying!

I organize my work having a lot of information in my mail account. I open folders for different topics or people and leave there many emails stored. When they are old I move them to the storage folders. Anyhow, I reckon that I have many gigas of emails in the cloud. Nevertheless, I need them! Most of them are work related with topics which can be needed at any time.

 

I connect to the mail through 2 computers (desktop and notebook) and a tablet. In the computers I use Widows Live Mail.  Lately the work from the computers is being terribly slow!!!!

 

I would not mind to have a better service it I had to pay more than what I am paying now for the Hotmail plus.

Cannot recieve emails

Hi, i can send emails but not recieve them. Have checked all my settings, and looked at the junk folder, but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

but when i try to add the domain the message appears.

Internet Explorer will not save auto complete user name and password. I keep checking it and the next time I open IE 10 it's unchecked. I had my computer guru out here last week and he couldn't figure it out either. He is an IT person and knows what he is doing but he was stumped. He tried even setting IE back to the default and then tried removing and downloading it again. Nothing worked what do you suggest?

SkyDrive doesn’t Sync

When I check SkyDrive in notification area, it appears "hung-up". It has shown { SkyDrive Downloading 774.2 MB of 774.2 MB, 1 file remaining} for the last (2) hours? Files I modified over 12 hours ago, still have not updated??
