URGENT!!! Need to recover my hotmail account

Hi! I need to recover my hotmail account as I need access to my emails urgently. I have sent several requests to recover my account but with no response. It has been more than 24 hours with no update. This is the most recent email I've received. Any help to recover my account will be much appreciated. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hotmail password never works, I’ve changed it a number of time

Every time I try to log in my password doesn't work, I have reset it and it still fails to let me log in with the new password I just set up, it says it's incorrect. After resetting it twice it works, but once I log out and try to log in tomorrow it'll fail again. I don't understand what happening with my passwords.

i have tried several days to do it and it gives me the same error. We can't do that right now. Is there a problem with the servers or is there a problem with my account?

I don’t like to see the child chatting on messenger when I sign into outlook

In this time of prevalent child abuse can you please tell me why you such a big and powerful company choose to show a child chatting on Facebook type of messenger when I sign into my outlook email ... I do not like this so please would you change this as I feel it invites the wrong interest from others using the service and it is rather in my face as I would not let any child of mine be shown doing that nor want that.

You should be more responsible regarding which pictures you show when people are signing into Outlook as I am finding it worrying as it is somebody's child.

Skydrive doesnt sync… ?

Hello

When i look at skydrive icon, it show that 44 MB of 3.0 GB loading. and 11.681 files re waited. I see this message since 3 days. Why does skydrive not sync ? it is stopped since 3 days. What should i do ?

Unable to sign in to outlook via IE only. Works fine in other browsers and devices

I've cleared IE10 cache, temp files, reset settings via tools and updated to IE11 Preview build and I still cannot login to outlook.I can login to other msn services such as msn homepage but it will fail when I press outlook link.

'Something went wrong and we can't sign you in at the moment. Please try again later.'
The microsoft account page suggests the service status is fine.

Thankfully I can use firefox to login and mobile devices.

I'm sure a recent update caused this.

I also cannot log out of msn.co.uk or microsoft account page strangely!

I have not been able to access my Hotmail since 8-15. Spoke to Microsoft; They say they are aware of worldwide issue but I need my email.

I get a message that it's not able to synch - But My iPod receives the email. Very frustrating.

Help anyone ?

File accidently overwritten – can I restore earlier version

Somehow I seemed to have accidentally overwritten a file on my Sky Drive with another file. Is there some way to restore the file to the earlier version from about 4 weeks ago?

Using Outlook 2010 with Live.com.au. Most of the contents of my inbox disappeared leaving 1 email from today and 1 recent one. Everything else has disappeared. They were there when I logged on to Outlook and then they vanished. To where? How do I get them back?
