How can I limit time on a particular website. Can it be done?
I am unable to access my Hotmail account with the password I set and have been using, it might have been hacked by someone.
My security question that I set several years ago and still know the answer to is not accepted which leads me to believe that the account has in fact been hacked.
I contacted the Billing Support to cancel my Office 365 sub and they were able to fortify me through a text (I have my phone number on the account, but not as a verified security proof (so I can't use my phone to access the account)). So with other words - I can prove that the account belongs to me.

help please for this old lady. microsoft thinks the e-mail is being used by someone else, wants me to verify info, have done so, they don't believe me, asking for stuff that I simply can't remember like who emailed me last, still can't access acct. can't
get to my home page, can't do anything and everytime I try to correct something, it says try again tomorrow. EEK! Other than buy a MAC, now what?
I use W8 with Outlook email x64. I do have the .... print function but I can not select pages on a email with multiple pages. If it has 6 pages and I want to print pages 3-5 how do I do it.

We have an issue in the office regarding personal settings. Our admin uses custom colors in our events calendar ( which is a shared calendar) to identify different departments in the company, events,etc. As you may already know, the custom colors show up for our admin because she was the one who set the catagories on her computer.However, for everyone else in the office, because they do not have the same color catagories that admin does, the colors do not show up for them. We know that CodeTwo CatMan is the perfect add in for us, but the current location of our calendar does not allow us to utilize this add in.
Other minor issues include;
1. Wanting to send a week reminder for birthdays( which is an event in the shared calendar) to only admin, not anyone else involved in the calendar
2. When a vacation(which is identified by someones intials, color coded to show which department they are from, and is in shared calendar) is noticed, 1 day before the person goes on vacation, we want a notification to send only to that person to change their email to "out of office".
Is there a way to grant delegate access only for the events calendar? Would this allow everything to show up the same for anyone ( and would it solve any of our minor issues?) We still want all the employees to be able to have control of everything in outlook, except this one calendar.

| The Microsoft account team ----------------------------------------------- I don't know either of the people whose e-mail addresses are given, and it looked like a legit e-mail from Microsoft (with the shield and everything), so I did "click here" to cancel. (Even though I probably shouldn't have, and I never click on e-mails....) And now I can't change my password. Or reset. Every time I go to the page. Please help. I have had this e-mail account for years, and I do pay for my subscription. Thanks very much. |
I work for an attorney. How do you contact Microsoft to request a person's hotmail emails back to a certain point?
I am being continually asked to sign into my outlook account. Then am asked security questions. How can I tell if this is actually from the outlook team or spam?
Hello, I have an account with Microsoft which I use for Xbox live. This account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I cannot access my account as it says I need to change the password as they think someone else is using it/ it has been hacked. I cannot however receive the
password reset link as the email address on the account is old and I cannot access it. Is it possible to get the password reset link sent to my new email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** so I can access both my microsoft account and Xbox live account. I do not want to have to
start up a new xbox live account and spend another £40 on Gold. If it is possible I would also like to move all the data on the account to my new email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** so I can prevent this issue happening in the future.
