Cant get emails from Hotmail account on iphone or ipad totally fine on lap top!
Keeps saying cant verify password! sick as a chip!
I am trying to stop a person who is spamming me sending me emails. I am already added him/her to my blocked senders list but this person's emails are still getting through. How is this possible? I get about 25 spam emails a day so have set my email filters
to 'exclusive' which means that unless people are in my contacts list thenm emails dont get through. Rather than having to keep adding spam email addresses to my 'blocked senders list' I have set the 'rules for new emails' which means that any spam trying
to get to me with the words drugs, ****, F*buddy, prescription, life insurance etc ect doesnt get to my inbox and gets deleted immediately. I have 60 rules but still need to add more. For some reason the page isnt allowing me to do so. I can see the 'add new
rule' button but there is no box for me to add what it is. So does this mean that there is maybe a 60 rule limit? How can I stop this junk mail from getting in? Everyone tells me to go to googlemail but I've had my Hotmail account for 15 years and dont like
the Googlemail set up. Why is it that Hotmail users get so much junk mail? Answers to any of the above would be most appreciated. Thank you so much
I do NOT want to provide my phone number or another e-mail address so microsoft can sell it or abuse and I don't want to read here how it's for MY protection because that is a lie. I want to read MY inbox and not add your phony security addition.

On my id - *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - I had linked atleast 5 accounts. I now realized that hotmail has removed them for some reasons. I know login credentials of only one a/c...d one stated above. How can I access my other a/cs....I dont remember any of the passwords
or security questions

when I enter an email address in the outlook.com "To" field that contains a German Umlaut like "ä,ü,ö" the emails gets cut off after the Umlaut.
Example: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Outlook.com then displays the email as: andrea.spä<*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
Please fix this bug as it stops me from sending any emails to that person or any person with an Umlaut in their name.
Hi, I am trying to deactivate a free microsoft live account, I do not have anything attached to it, it is not the account im logged in to post this problem. I get an error page that says the server is experiencing difficulties and they cant show me the
page. I would like help deactivating my live account. I have tried it on 3 browsers, explorer, firefox and google chrome, and get the same error message, I deleted my cache and browsing history, I still get the same server error page.
I have started sharing notebooks via SkyDrive but recently have experienced a problem with sharing. The person that I shared with is able to open via the web client however when they attempt to open it with the OneNote on the desktop they receive an error
that they are unable to access this notebook. I am using OneNote 2013 and they are using OneNote 2010 which I understand from other wiki articles are in fact compatible. Any ideas?
I am unable to add a new payment method to my Live account.
I have tried on 2 different PCs and on my Xbox none of them will allow it.
From the Microsoft account billing page I get the following message.

This is getting well beyond a joke now, I have been sent to talk to almost all your departments at some point, all leading back to Billing again, who I have just spoken too and they said they cant help because there is not phone support for "Hotmail or
Live".
Since the 8th of August I have had this issue, over 14 days is unacceptable for a simple payment method issue.
Their is an error of the spammers have found a way to bypass the system, I keep getting junk email in my in box although all my emails are setup to the junk email folder. The spam email says their a part of my contacts however they are not; I have deleted
my safe senders list and check my contacts over several times. Outlook.com needs to address this ASAP please!
I know there are other threads about this....some even going back to 2012, pre-Outlook.... clearly nothing has been done by Microsoft,
Indeed I am not seeing any responses from them either.
I think they just leave us here to let off steam together.
Outlook has been dreadful in terms of much weaker anti-spam precautions - lots of threads on here about blatant filth and phishing getting into our Junk folders.
But in the past two days, it just got worse. Apparently Outlook is now incapable of even applying its own filters to put non-contacts and non-safe addresses directly in Junk - they are getting into my Inbox. This is completely unacceptable. I thought the big tech companies hired genius hackers to stay one step ahead of this rubbish? Have all the Microsoft gurus left and gone to Google and Apple?
Microsoft, please wake up. Read the thousands of complaints on here about your substandard Outlook freemail product (hopefully having nothing more in common than name with the industry-standard business product) and FIX IT!
