Unable to add payment details

I am unable to add a new payment method to my Live account.

I have tried on 2 different PCs and on my Xbox none of them will allow it.

From the Microsoft account billing page I get the following message.

This is getting well beyond a joke now, I have been sent to talk to almost all your departments at some point, all leading back to Billing again, who I have just spoken too and they said they cant help because there is not phone support for "Hotmail or Live".

Since the 8th of August I have had this issue, over 14 days is unacceptable for a simple payment method issue.

I can’t access my Microsoft account???

I tried to look at my when my Xbox live expire . Then this popped up . For security measure, you have been redirected to this page. Please contact customer support services. Its been happening for a week or so .

I changed my password but the same message is still there? Help is appreciated . Thanks .

I recently tried to authorize a child account and found that my Live ID/Microsoft Account appears to be broken. I cannot access any billing information, payment options, transactions, etc. All I can apparently do is login. They all throw the same error:

You have been redirected to this page as a security measure. Please contact customer support services.

Session ID: e549eab0-8e4e-4075-83ff-0efd7fde945b

I am pretty sure this is why my CC will not process for the child account.

As you need a Live ID to access most any MS Online service the lack of any real support options is extremely frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
