I just purchased Office 365 University about a week ago.  I have created three notebooks and have been attempting to upload them.  I called Micrsoft support and after using remote assistance they were able to determine that my one note is showing that things are being synched and are working properly.  The problem is Skydrive is not accepting my files.  when i click the link located under file name it tells me that the file has either been delted has expired or i dont have permission to view it.  In addition it is only synching one notebook. when i go to the Skydrive file on the web it shows one notebook there but it isnt even the notebook that shows as being synched on the desktop.  I hope this makes sense

hi, first of all. I love the idea of skydrive.

i own three notebooks in different locations. my idea is to have all my files accessible on all notebooks.

so i uploaded them onto one...and it doesn't stop uploading. as soon as i switch the notebook of.

the uploading process starts from the beginning.... what i am doing wrong??

thank you very much for your help

OneNote 2010 just started syncing to the wrong skydrive account.  My previous notebooks would no longer sync so I closed and tried to re-open.  It turns out it could not because it was now linked to a different account (a new one recently setup for a different business).  It now, will only link to notebooks under that account.

I've tried unlinking sydrive from the system tray, and relinking.  SkyDrive itself shows the correct account, but OneNote still does not.

I've tried opening the Notebooks from IE into OneNote, nope.

I've clicked (Not XXXX?) on the Open Notebook page and it does nothing but refresh with the same, wrong, account.

How do I detach OneNote from the wrong account?

My password works to log me in to Sky Drive, Windows Live and Windows Office 365.  I have several notebooks in Sky Drive.  I if I click on “recent docs” I can see these notebooks but if I try to open them in either NoteBook desktop version or NoteBook Web App I get the following message:

“This item might not exist or is no longer available

This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information. “

The items do exist.  They have never been deleted and I am the owner. I both created them and am the only person to access them. Things I can access identify the location simply as “sky drive”. Those I can’t access give [MY NAME’s] Sky Drive” as the location.

Yesterday while trying to access docs and notebooks I got a message asking me to sign in again to verify my identity.  The log in recognizes my windows ID.  But when I input my password, the same one that opened SkyDrive, Windows Live and Office 365, I get a message telling me the password is incorrect. Today when attempting to open a Word doc created yesterday, I get a message saying there are problems with the server and I should try again later.

I have started sharing notebooks via SkyDrive but recently have experienced a problem with sharing.  The person that I shared with is able to open via the web client however when they attempt to open it with the OneNote on the desktop they receive an error that they are unable to access this notebook.  I am using OneNote 2013 and they are using OneNote 2010 which I understand from other wiki articles are in fact compatible.  Any ideas?
I recently upgraded from Office 2010 to Office 2013, I had stored my OneNote Notebooks on my SkyDrive. After the upgrade, I am having trouble accessing my OneNote Notebooks.

If I try to access via SkyDrive, I see that they exist in my recent documents, give the file sizes (18mb, 1.4 mb), etc. but when I click on one, it comes up with the following message: "This item might not exist or is no longer available. This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information." However, one of the notebooks I have shared with a friend. He is still able to view that notebook, but I can no longer get to it.

If I try to access via the OneNote application, it asks for my password then promptly asks for it again, and again, and again, etc. If I give it a wrong password it tells me that it is wrong.

What can I do to get my notebooks back?

Thanks!
