i m unable to open my account for last some days...it displays that it looks like this album is empty..i don't know what is the problem.i consulted to the sky drive support because earlier they said some contents of my account is creating violation against
terms & condition of skydrive/microsoft. They replied me that they have checked it and they didn't find any violation with my account and suggest me to contact http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us for my problem. Please do the needful. I need my data to be recovered as soon as possible. As far as my information i didn't have uploaded any data that can
cause violation to terms & conditions of the Microsoft or skydrive itself. So please request you to help me out to recover my data.
I have had an Hotmail account and use "reply" to keep continuing conversations with my friends. The emails are no longer in my account. Zero emails. I do not have their addresses in the address book to re-start the conversations either. Is there anyway
for me to retrieve these please? Thanks.
PS. I find it fascinating that Microsoft would impose this policy on users. My Gmail and Yahoo account save all emails forever!!!

I have not signed into my hotmail in quite some time. But I have an account specific to this email address. Anyway, when requesting for username/password to be sent to email, I realized that my hotmail is not receiving some messages. I checked junk mail, looked at blocked senders and other options, and everything is fine. I sent a test email from my gmail account and it's not showing up in inbox (as of 30 minutes later). And funny, have not received any bounced email message from my gmail (again, as of 30 minutes later).
Can someone provide help or look into my account please?

I recently had to reset my computer to the factory settings which caused me to loose everything. When I was setting up my Microsoft account I entered an incorrect e mail address. Thus, I can't verify the email account. I made several attempts to correct
