Hi, could you please enable the feature to allow me to reset the passwords of member accounts under my hosted domain? The domain is newenergyadvisors.com.

I have 5 member accounts on outlook.com

4 of 5 work. when I try and access the 5th it says my account is invalid...or try to change the password I get the same 

Any Ideas?

When creating accounts in a Windows Live Domain for an account I got a message that the account already existed prior to the domain becoming part of Windows Live Domains and asking if I wanted to import or delete the account, I chose import and I can see the account in the list of member accounts, however we cannot access the account - when trying to sign in we get the error message "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again". Trying to reset the password we get the error message "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again." What do we have to do to get access to this account?

Is there a way to enable password resets for the member accounts I have created under my custom domains through the Windows Live Admin Center?

I prefer not to publish the domain names to the public to prevent any spams.
