How many contacts may I have in each Group?

I am currently locked out of my hotmail address. When I try log in I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account".
Okay, fair enough. So I went to verify my account through my alternative email (a gmail account). However this email account has also been locked as it is an account I haven't used in years. I tried to reactivate the gmail account but that also failed.
I also tried the automatic identification form thing that accesses your recent sent emails, folders etc but this also didn't work. I have now run out of methods to try and reactivate my account.
Please help. I have some emails I need to access as soon as possible. I use this account EVERY day from the same PC's, so I don't know why it has locked.

I don't know why @ Microsoft it is so complicated to close a "FREE" account ?
It is been almost 10 days you can't fix my Skydrive account. Enough is enough. I just went back to Gmail. Google drive is working flawlessly.

It reminds me why I decided to leave the PC world and go to Mac instead.

I can't sign in my hotmail account, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** after attempting too many tries for the password. I tried to reset my password but i don't remember the answer to the security question, and i can't get the security code because i forgot the password for
the email it sent to. I also tried filling in the questionnaire but i can't remember much information to fill it in because i seldom send out emails. So after too many attempts i was asked to create a new acccount, but i really need back my account because
all my other accounts are linked to the email. Please help me get back my account!!
As I was informed that a new thread should be started for this sort of problem, I'm posting a new one.
After changing my primary alias on my old hotmail.com account (5 days ago now), I got the "Outlook is updating your inbox, please try again in a few minutes" message. It's been like that since, and attempts to call tech support say that the account is "blocked". It shows I'm signed in, and i've been able to change passwords for it, so it's secure, but being unable to read/send anything is rather annoying to say the least. Please help!
I viewed full headers on a **** email stating I had a post that was undeliverable, to please click link to create a new shipping label. Obviously bullshit and comes frequently. So out of spite I returned the email to every address in the view. Now I keep
getting undeliverable notifications from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with an attachment! I do not dare open. Please stop the cycle!

Unfortunately I am not able to provide enough information to get it back, despite it is my main email account for years and many private information are there.

When clicking on "View slide show" in Outlook.com using HotMail/Bell Mail, the following error occurs:
"Sorry, an error has occurred in the slide show. Please try again later."

When I send an email with an attachment in hotmail/outlook to someone and myself, at least my email doesn't show the picture. If I forward that email, the pic then shows. How can I get the picture to show when sent to my own computer? Using win 8 and Chrome.
Spammers have found a way around the filter. You can see how they do it by clicking "reply all." If you look at the original message, you will see 3 "from" lines. First one is blank, the 2nd line has YOUR" email address, and 3rd line is the spammer email
address. Pretty much, they're fooling hotmail into thinking that you are sending yourself an email. They are fooling the rules and filters. Microsoft support keeps telling people the add the spammer email addresses to your blocked list, but that won't solve
anything. THEY NEED TO FIX THE SPAMMING LOOPHOLE!!!
